- An 3- Therapeutic creams. At the end of the training you should use a healing cream. This will help the red spots to heal faster and prevent the penis from darkening.
- An 4- Blood during pumping. During exercise at increasing loads, a few small drops of blood may come out of the urethra. This is due to damage to the blood vessels in the urethra.
